Cleanroom Line Checker

2nd Shift
Individuals who work in the cleanroom have the following duties / responsibilities, in addition to those detailed in the description for their assigned job:
 
  • Don and doff gowns and other required outerwear according to established protocols
  • Follow prescribed procedures for entry and exit of the cleanroom.
Job duties
  • Pulls and evaluates samples from each press during production for quality defects;
  • Reviews job travelers, drawings, control plans and other documents for product requirements;
  • Communicates the details of the results of sample inspections. 
  • Maintains clean and safe work area
  • Wears protective equipment at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively
  • Skill in identifying inconsistencies
  • Knowledge of basic math operations, data entry, and forms completion
  • Experience in inspection or quality control preferred

The line checker job requires use of various tools including microscope, magnifying glass, calipers, micrometers, leak test units, tweezers and scissors.
