The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Owasso and Broken Arrow plant's
HR functions, under the direction of the HR Manager located in Broken Arrow,
Oklahoma.
This position is responsible for recruitment, hiring and onboarding,
employment processing, personnel records management and compliance with all state
and federal laws relating to personnel. This position works with plant management in
the support and promotion of the company’s culture and core values.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oklahoma.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary coordinator of new employee on-boarding.
- Assist in maintaining personnel files in accordance with state and federal laws and HR management best practices.
- Assist in payroll processing
- Coordinate annual benefit reviews and insurance open enrollments.
- Maintain compliance with FMLA, ADA, CRFA and any other Federal and State of Oklahoma labor laws.
- Assist the corporate HR Manager with implementation of Employee Handbook changes and updates.
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
